Storr & Mortimer Silver Egg Cruet

An early Victorian silver egg cruet hallmarked London 1839 by John Samuel Hunt for Storr & Mortimer. Six cups chased with flowers and scrolls on a circular base with central loop handle and shell and scroll feet. The cups and stand applied with a heavy shell, scroll and foliate border. Superb quality, exceptional size and weight. 10" diameter, 9" high, 52 troy oz. The cruet comes with six egg spoons hallmarked London 1824 by GP.
