George III Silver Tea Service

A fine George III silver tea and coffee service hallmarked London 1802-3 by Daniel Pontifex. Oval bodies with fluting, gadroon edge and gilt interiors. Engraved with a family crest and motto "Fortitudine". Height of coffee pot 9.5", teapot holds 5 cups (1.2l). Total weight is 66 troy oz.
